Odisha State PSUs Employees Welfare Society registered under Odisha Society
Act 1960 here in after called the Welfare Society has been registered in the year 2015.
At present it is working at Plot No 426, BMC Ward no. 39, Bira maharana Road, Nayapalli,

AIMS and Objectives
- To create a spirit of brotherhood and cooperation amongst the member of the society
- To develop leadership and initiative and to inculcate a sense of responsibility amongest the members of the society.
- To distribute papers, periodicals and books in furtherance of the objectives of the society.
- To discuss, co-ordinate and arrange for the financial needs of the members
- To raise loans and mortgage the immoveable properties for the benefit of the members and to achieve the objective of the society.
- To create recreational facilities for the members such as club, sports facilities, wellness centres, health Club, community centre, auditorium and other facilities, kida play area, theatre etc. and to facilitate and provide artistic and creative work facilities for the members of the society.
- To provide areas for common facilities including club house, amenities for private residence, including all other incidential related purposes.
- To collaborate with the other institution, association and societies or abroad interested in similar objects.
- To look after welfare of the employees in consorance with prevelling policies, rules and regulations and code of conduct issued by Government.
- To raise funds for achieving the objects and business of the society.
- To accept grants, subsidies, assistance and concessions from internal and external sources subject to any law for te time being in force.
- To do all such things as are incidential, ancillary or conductive to the attainment of any or all the above objects of the society.
- This welfare society has been providing health insurance cover to willing members for the last few years.
