As per Society policy, individuals who are above 65 years of age as on 29.06.2025 are not eligible for new membership registration. Such individuals are advised not to approach Nodal Officers for registration.
If any person above 65 years of age on the specified date registers and pays the membership fee and insurance premium, it will be treated as a malafide action. Consequently, their membership and health insurance policy — including those of their dependents — shall be deemed invalid and subject to cancellation at any time, without refund or further notice.

Contact for Registration: New members must first contact their respective Nodal Officers to complete the registration process and obtain their Membership Number.

Member Login: Once registered, log in to your personal account via the Member Login link using your Membership Number and Date of Birth.

Pay Membership Fees: After logging in, click "Pay Membership Fees" and complete the ₹500 membership fee payment.

Premium Payment: You may proceed to pay the insurance premium from the next day after the membership fee payment is confirmed.

Find your Membership ID — Click the "Search Member" menu, enter your first or last name, and click Search. Your Membership Number is shown in red. Copy it.

Open SBI Collect — Click the "Pay Premium" button on this page to be redirected to SBI Collect.

Verify Payee Details — The payee will be displayed as the Society name along with the President's name (Pravakar Pradhan).

Enter Membership ID — The Payment Category is pre-filled as GHIP-2025-26. Enter your Membership ID in the text box labelled "Enter Membership Id*" and click "Fetch Payment Details".

Confirm & Complete — Your membership details will be displayed. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment.

Post-payment: After successful payment you will not be automatically redirected to our website (this is a known SBI Collect behaviour, not an error). Your payment details will be updated in the OSPWS portal within 24–48 hours. Please retain your SBI receipt for your records.
