Important instructions for new members:
1. Contact for Registration: New members must first contact their respective Nodal Officers to complete the registration process and obtain their Membership Number.
2. Member Login: Once registered, members should log in to their personal account through the Member Login link on the portal, using their Membership Number and Date of Birth as login credentials.
3. Pay Membership Fees: After logging in, they will find a button labeled "Pay Membership Fees." They are required to click this button and complete the membership fee(Rs 500) payment process.
4. Premium Payment: They can proceed to pay the premium on the next day after the membership fee is successfully paid.
1. Existing Members: Put your name(first name or last name) in the below search box and click the search button to find your Membership Number, which is required for the payment process. The membership number will be displayed in red color.
2. Once you have your Membership Number, copy it and then click the "Pay Premium" button to continue.
3. New members are requested to contact their respective Nodal Officers for registration and to obtain their Membership Number. Once registered they are required to login to their personal account through member login link, There you will find a button saying "Pay Membership Fees", click on that button and complete the membership fees payment process. Once you complete the payment- on the next day you will be able to pay the premium amount, please return to this page to proceed with the premium payment.
This page provides step-by-step guidance for paying the Group Health Insurance Policy premium for 2025–26 through the SBI Collect payment gateway.
How individual members can complete the payment process without the help of a Nodal Officer.
To make the payment, each registered member must have their Membership ID.To find your Membership ID:
- Click on the "Search Member" menu.
- Enter your first name or last name in the search box provided.
- Click the "Search" button.
Your Membership Number will be displayed in red. Please copy this number, as it is required for the payment process.
On the Search Member page, you will also see a "Pay Online" button. Click this button to be redirected to the SBI Collect payment page, as shown below.
You have to complete the payment process in five steps as follows.
- Select payee-----Already Done
- Fetch payment Details
- Verify payment Details
- Complete Payment
- Print Receipt
Payee details will be displayed as follows. Name of our society along with the Name of the President of the society(Pravakar Pradhan).
The Payment Category will be pre-filled as GHIP-2025-26. You are now required to enter your Membership ID in the text box labelled “Enter Membership Id*”.
After entering your Membership ID, click the “Fetch Payment Details” button to proceed.
All information related to your membership Id will be displayed as follows. Follow the instruction and complete the payment.
In place of Organization Name a number will be displayed. Please Ignore this. This is for the internal use of the Society.
After successful payment, you will not be redirected to our website as is the case with other payment gateways. This is because we are using SBI Collect, not SBI e-Pay.
Your payment details will be updated in the OSPWS web portal within 24–48 hours. Please ensure you keep a copy of the payment receipt generated by SBI for your records.
Once the payment is completed and the receipt is saved, your part as a member is complete.
